Immigrant Investor Programme

The Immigrant Investor Programme (IIP) was introduced in 2012 which entitles Non-EEA investors and their immediate families right of residence in Ireland if they qualify under the programme. Majority of our client acquired their residence through investing 1,000,000. euros in Irish enterprise or fund. The investment can be returned after a minimum of three years. We also have client elect the endowment option-donating 500,000.00 euros into an Irish non-profitable organisation. This endowment is non-refundable.   Successful applicants and their immediate families will be granted an initial 2 years residence and be renewed for further three years. After initial 5 years, the residency will be renewed for a further 5 year period for each renewal. We will guide through the whole process and advise on shareholder/share purchase agreement, Loan agreement to secure your interest and minimise the risk of investment.
